How does the free trial work?

If after the 14 days you decide you want to stay with us, you will be prompted to enter your credit card and your service will continue uninterrupted. If you decide to cancel - no problem, we will deactivate your account, no questions asked.

What information is saved for volunteer profiles?

Volunteer profiles contain: Full name, email address, cell phone number, physical address, date of birth, t-shirt size, gender, emergency contact information, parent's email (for youth volunteers), complete availability (morning/afternoon/evening for each day of the week), availability notes, school/company, and court mandated community service.

Can I customize the fields/information we collect?

Sure! Out of the box, we allow you to: save private notes, add unlimited number of custom tags, and manage custom checklists for each volunteer record. If you'd like to add to our volunteer profile fields just let us know and we will gladly add the customization you need - for no extra cost!

Do you offer free training and support?

Yes! Customer support is extremely important to us. We offer unlimited phone, email, and live chat support. We are open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. We will even help you migrate from your old system, onboard volunteers, and do whatever we can to make sure you are successful with using VolunteerMark!
