Skills: Food Service, Customer Service

Meal preparation and serving requirements: • Must be neat and clean. • Must maintain a pleasant attitude when dealing with others. • Understand portion control when assisting with meal servings. • Anyone assisting with food must wear: Apron, Gloves, Hairnet/Hat • Volunteers will not be allowed in the kitchen or around food with the following: coughing, cold/flu symptoms, elevated body temperature, cuts/scratches that require band-aids on hands. • Must be willing to receive training and acquire food handler’s permit, as needed. • Assist with setting up dining area. • Make coffee.

Cleaning Duties • Wash kitchen counters off • Wash utensils/pans used • Clean kitchen floor • Familiarize self with cleaning procedures • Clear and clean tables in dining room • Wash tables • Additional duties as assigned by Senior Center Administrator
