Receptionist Volunteers are to greet clients and visitors to the Weatherford Food and Resource Center, answer phones, assign intake numbers to clients, provide information to clients regarding eligibility for shopping at the WFRC, ensure clients are well informed regarding the WFRC process, assist in maintaining order in the waiting area, communicate any concerns to the WFRC Executive Director, and providing excellent customer service to all who visit the WFRC.  The Receptionist may be required at times to assist the Client Intake Coordinator by entering client information in Oasis and Google Docs.  It is preferred that Receptionist Volunteers be proficient in Spanish, but it is not required.
