National Public Lands Day is the largest volunteer event in the nation and this year Little Rock Parks and Recreation along with Audubon Arkansas, Friends of Fourche Creek and Central Arkansas Master Naturalists are celebrating it at Benny Craig Park.

Lunch will be provided thanks to Rock Town River Outfitters. 

Join us on September 24th from 9 am to 11:30 am.

We will be pulling litter out of Fourche Creek, raising the canopy along the bank, weedeating and picking up litter.

We will have snacks and free flowing water. 

What to bring:

1) Gloves

2) Water Bottle

3) Tools if you have them. We have some but if you have your own, please bring them.  No electricity is available.

4) Kayak/Canoe/Flat bottom boat but some are available.
