Traffic/Camp Set-Up Monitor 2025

3:30 PM - 5:30 PM Skills: event support

Help with traffic flow in the parking lot and getting vehicles unloaded. Monitor fire lane in parking lot and ensure that no one blocks the lane. Ensure vehicles are not blocking the entrance to the school blacktop. Volunteers must be 16 years or older.

Smores 2024

6:30 PM - 9:00 PM Skills: event support

Help with handing out supplies, collecting smore passes, and ensure adults are only allowed in the fire pit area.

Help set-up for the event.

Check-In 2025

3:45 PM - 6:00 PM Skills: event support

Help check-in attendees, review dinner order with campers and hand campers their food tickets. Volunteers must be 16 years or older.
