Hillcrest Hope - Liberty

Hillcrest Hope Transitional Housing & Support is the former Hillcrest Transitional Housing of Clay County. It was our organization’s desire to return to the roots of the founding organization, which is to serve and provide support to the homeless families and individuals of Clay County. Mission Statement: To break the cycle of poverty by providing a transitional housing program for families to achieve personal independence, through their efforts and the support of the community.
