Counselor In Training Program C.I.T. (Applications are Excepted from March 2nd  - May 15th) - This volunteer program is a great opportunity for youth ages 14-17 to join the parks and recreation team and learn how we operate and manage our summer programs. This opportunity is perfect for students looking to fulfill their service requirements for graduation, or to boost their college applications. We are flexible with scheduling and location based on the needs of our agency and the needs of the applicants.

Richland Country Recreation Commission welcomes volunteers ages 14 and up. All new volunteers should attend a mandatory volunteer orientation. This volunteer orientation will include an introduction to volunteer policies and procedures, benefits, and the organization structure.
