Skills: Provide Food

Provide an Ice Cream Social for RMHC-KC guest families. Ice cream is service buffet style after dinner service concludes. Volunteers are responsible for the bringing and providing the supplies, ice cream toppings, planning, hosting, set up, service and clean up. Please arrive no earlier than 7:15pm as we usually have meal groups wrapping up in the kitchen. Our ice cream socials are usually held at the Longfellow House - 2502 Cherry St Kansas City MO 64108. Please ring the doorbell when you arrive. Plan on serving 10-30 people. Since our families are back and forth from the hospital, it can be hard to predict how many families will participate. However, you are always welcome to leave leftovers and your volunteers are welcome to ice cream with the families as well. Thanks so much!
