Help our kids and their families staying at RMHC-KC take their mind off their health issues by donating a activity kits.  Since we can’t have a scheduled activity every night and some children are not allowed to join in the group fun because of their illness, we like to have activity kits available for parents to bring to their children in their room.  A ready-made activity really helps pass the time and offers a little creative outlet for the kiddos. 

This is a great volunteer activity for youth/teen groups.  Each activity kit should include items for children to take to the hospital with them to make the time go by quicker and ease the stressful hospital atmosphere for a more positive experience.  The activity kits can be prepared in your own setting and dropped off at the houses any day between 9a-7p. There is no minimum or maximum number of kits that you can make.
