Skills: Cleaning

Volunteers must be at least 10 years old and volunteers under 18 must be supervised by an adult. Volunteers groups should consist of 3-10 members and wear comfortable clothing—keep in mind you may get dirty.

Cleaning tasks may include:

Cleaning playrooms/common areas

Sanitizing toys and equipment

Dusting, vacuuming

Cleaning windows

Cleaning in our 3 kitchens

Washing walls and doors

Sorting, counting, putting away donations

Ronald McDonald House will provide cleaning supplies.

Location/Parking:

Upon arrival at the Ronald McDonald House ring the doorbell and let the front desk know you are part of the cleaning group. The manager on duty or a volunteer will help acquaint you to the project when you are ready to begin.

Parking at our House is extremely limited and priority is given to families. Parking is available in the flat lot across Rockland Road from the Ronald McDonald House; spaces are marked as reserved for Ronald McDonald House. We highly encourage carpooling to keep the number of cars at a minimum.
