Get your hands dirty learning about veggie, herb, and native plant production while helping us grow for our 4th Annual Fall Plant Sale! Volunteers will seed, pot-up plants, label plants, and help set up for the sale.
While we have a shade cloth over our greenhouse, the greenhouse ambient temperature can be in the 80s and can be uncomfortable for those sensitive to heat. Please come hydrated, bring a refillable water bottle, and take breaks when needed.
Volunteers must:
- be 16 years old or older
- be accompanied by an adult if between the ages of 16 and 18
- wear study footwear and clothing that can get dirty
- bring own gloves if desired
Volunteers will receive two plants as thanks for each four-hours of Plant Sale-related volunteering they complete.
