Connecting civic minded individuals with community agencies to perform skilled volunteer projects. This project was designed with recent retirees in mind but will not be limited to just those individuals. In order to connect these skilled volunteers we will be conducting a skills assessment on participants as well as a needs assessment on community agencies. The program will meet monthly to introduce participants to new community agencies and provide a social component for participants. In addition, a database and community calendar will be created highlighting the volunteer opportunities and agencies looking for volunteers in the area.
This program has been designed to be a win-win opportunity for both Sponsors as well as Organizations.
As a Sponsor, you will be able to explore the various organizations that are part of VolunteerMark, connect with them and support a worthy cause.
