At the Loretto Motherhouse, you will surrounded by Sisters who have spent their lives exemplifying the idea of "community". Many have had careers as educators, nurses, and politicians, and are still social and political activists, as well as advocates for immigration, racial and gender equality, and nuclear disarmament. Spending time with the Sisters will build confidence, give you a different perspective on the world, and teach what it is to truly be selfless in the quest for equality for everyone
