THE NATURE RESERVE AT RANCHO MISSION VIEJO
The Nature Reserve is a growing habitat that over time will include over 21,000 acres of permanently protected land. The Nature Reserve’s school and community programs connect people to the land and give them an opportunity to explore the natural and cultural history of The Nature Reserve. Volunteers make a big impact in the success of these programs through a wide array of volunteer opportunities, such as habitat restoration, trail work, field trip & hike assistance, or helping out at a community outreach event.

Volunteers receive on-going training and are eligible to train to be a Certified Nature Reserve Volunteer.

RMV FARMS
Be a part of a sustainable community farm that makes a difference you can taste! Resident farmers work side-by-side with our professional community farm team learning how to plant, grow and harvest fruits, herbs and annual vegetables. Non-farming opportunities are also available. Resident Farmers can register for 6-month growing season for $100 and participate at one or all three farms in the community.

Additional fun includes potlucks, children activities, and supporting local food pantries.

RANCHLIFE
Engage with your neighbors and the community services team to bring a sense of connectedness, belonging, and tradition through RanchLife events and activities in the community of Rancho Mission Viejo. Choose from several fun opportunities including 5-8 signature events and over 200 additional activities each year to get involved and make a difference.

Volunteers receive exclusivity for special event experiences and can make long-lasting connections with a fun energetic team.
