Setup Conference Room upstairs and Board Room Downstairs after HATS session is over on Sundays. 

Tasks

1. Remove HATS Chairs from the Conference Room upstairs and Board Room downstairs. Manager will show you both the rooms.

2. Put all the chairs in the trolly near auditorium Exit 

3. Put Table Cloth and water bottles (Ask manager), arrange chairs in the Board Room
