Den Festivalen i Vangen er en musikkfestival i Haugesunds flotteste turområdet. Beliggende ved Skeisvatnet og i gangavstand fra Haugesund sentrum ligger en perle av et festivalområde som har ligget brakk siden den legendariske Vise – og lyrikkfestivalen samlet utrolige 18 000 mennesker her i 1972.
Festivalen ble arrangert for første gang i august 2017, som en éndags musikkfest for en festivalhungrig lokalbefolkning. Til tross for vestlandsk skybrudd av episke dimensjoner kom publikum, og la til rette for en utvidet festival i 2018 – tre dager med fantastiske artister, god mat og nok drikke. Både regnet og publikum stilte opp, men denne gangen var publikum i flertall, og demonstrerte at det var liv laga for Den Festivalen i Vangen.
