Support Spectrum’s day-to-day operations and community programs by assisting with essential administrative tasks. This flexible, on-site opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented volunteers who enjoy working behind the scenes and helping things run smoothly.

Tasks May Include:
• Data entry and spreadsheet updates
• Assembling welcome packets or information folders
• Organizing printed materials or forms
• Preparing event-related documents and volunteer rosters
• Folding brochures, mailings, or training handouts

Requirements:
• Comfortable using basic office tools and technology (Word, Excel, printer, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
• Flexible schedule—volunteer during office hours or with prior coordination
• Wear volunteer/name badge and return to desk upon leaving.
• If alone in the building, door can remain locked unless a visitor arrives.
• Use the first aid kit, located in bottom left drawer of main receiption desk - as needed
• Stay hydrated - consume water and snacks available in the kitchen.
